 Watch sunsets from your front porch. Enjoy the serenity of no traffic on the island, only means of transportation is by golf cart. The Hideaway Bay Beach Club at Little Gasparilla Island is accessible by the Hideaway ferry service or your own boat. We have twenty free boat slips (21'.5" foot max. length) on a first come, first served basis. Charter fishing guide available at the Marinas nearby. The Santana Family unit's offer breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. These two bedrooms, two baths townhomes are equipped with all the amenities of home. Unwind on seven miles of white sand beaches while enjoying unforgettable sunsets. Disembark from the fast-paced 9-5 and discover serenity. For those with fishing interests, Boca Grande Pass is world famous for Tarpon and backwater fishing. Our water's temperature during the summer months are 78-89 degrees and during winter months anywhere from 55-88 degrees.

Full Kitchen…dishes/utensils/cookware, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and linens/towels/beach towels. Satellite dish, TV (2)
per unit, VCR (2), stereo, cassette, phone, deck, screened porch, Charcoal BBQ under unit, outside shower, beach umbrella and chairs and fish cleaning table at boat dock.

Rates are based on four persons, additional persons add $5.00 per day.

Each unit can accommodate up to six persons.

  • Minimum stay is 5 nights, Add 10% Florida tax to all rental fees.
  • Check-in at/after 2:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM.
  • We have golf car rental for $125.00 per week. Refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve a week.
  • A refundable deposit of $600.00 is required to reserve a month stay.
  • Refundable deposit is returned approximately twenty-days after your departure if no damages, excessive wear and tear and/or more than the normal unity cleaning is needed.
 

Cancellation Policy

Deposit cancellation refund policy: 100% (no questions asked) If we are given at least a month notice. Less than 30 days, but more than fifteen days notice 50% of the deposit is refunded. Anything less than fifteen days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
